One of the things that every internet marketer worth their salt does when they first stumble upon a program that seems interesting, is to go out and try to find some unbiased reviews. It is generally pretty easy to find positive reviews, especially since those are done by people looking to build a downline within said program. More often than not, those people make money from their referrals as opposed to doing it using the actual program.

Negative reviews are a little tougher to find, as those are often written by people looking to send you in the direction of the competition. Oftentimes, the reviews, both positive and negative, are written by people who haven’t actually used what they are promoting. This is a program that gives you all the tools that you need to succeed, but which also requires a little effort on your part in order for it to work as well as you want it to. If you see a negative review that claims MLGS did not work, you have to ask yourself just how well the person creating that review used the tools provided.

The concept of MLGS is actually pretty simple, and it all boils down to using a co-op approach to marketing. Simply put, other guru internet marketers that MLGS founder Jim Harmon personally knows and trusts, have joined forces with him in an attempt to add incredible value to the IM industry, by agreeing to share there most valuable opt-in leads with one another, within the My Lead Gen Secret system. All of the leads, which happen to be of the permission based opt-in email type, are then distributed among the members, with everyone getting 100 fresh new leads per day. You can double that number to 200 leads per day with just 1 referral, which is why you don’t have to rely on a huge downline in order to get the benefits. Get that single referral in the first couple of days, which is what I did, and you need not ever promote your MLGS link ever again. That said, the more people that join, the larger the marketing pool, which is why I still invite people along.

Conclusion and a Word of Warning

As you can see, you get an awful lot of bang for your buck when you decide to sign up for My Lead Gen Secret. I have said it before and I will say it again, everything that you need to succeed in affiliate marketing is included in this program, but you have to be willing to put in the time to make it work.

I had a forum friend sign up for the program, only to find out that they had quit a couple of weeks later. When I asked why they had opted out, I was told that only a small percentage of people had clicked on the link in their email messages. I have been creating email newsletters for a while now, so I offered to help create a couple for this friend. He was confused by that concept, and explained that all he was doing was sending out 1-line messages with a link attached. That will never work, and you have to still put together a creative sales message in order to convince people to buy.     MyLeadGenSecret sounds like a legitimate platform to promote my online business. You have done a very great job with this review. Very thorough and I can see MLGS seems to have everything I need to succeed with my online business.

    Most people don’t have the patience enough to wait and work toward their goal, they quit because they want a get rich quick scheme and I don’t buy into that idea. Any successful income or business comes with some hard work and dedication, so I agree with you that it may take some time for some money to start coming. And like you said, how much you earn and how quick it comes all depends on what I will do and how I apply the tools personally.

  4. I know this is a hard question, but how much money do you roughly make just starting up? I have no job right now and am home all day, so I do have significant time to devote to it right now. I am wondering if you have any rough estimates of how much people have made starting right off the bat. Thank you!

    • Yeah Suzanne no problem, good question. I was wondering the same when I first started out. I can speak to my own experience and from what I gather, most people in the MLGS community usually experience the same trajectory. Obviously it depends on how much you can consistently work on your online business and how quickly you learn the strategies within the lessons and implement them. I would say conservatively that within the first 3-6 weeks around $350-$500 a month is the first goal that most have achieved, including myself. Then its just sky’s the limit after that because your income grows exponentially. It isn’t a get rich quick thing, it is real work just like any other real business and takes time & effort. Ok so I hope to see you in the MLGS community.

  5. Hi, Great Review! I know it’s been a few months since your last q&a post, just wanted to ask if you’re still with MLGS and also if you followed the basic ’email everyday’ and the ’30 day’ email swipes method. I ask because I joined late last year, and before I really had a chance to work it, health issues took me out for over a month. With all that happening, I forgot about it until recently and saw I have over 30K leads (!) and decided now’s the time to get back into it. Any suggestions? Thank you so much!

    • Hi Vic I trust you are feeling healthy again and living life to the fullest, as thats what REALLY matters in life. I am still using My Lead Gen Secret and my results conitnue to improve as I aquire more leads. My advice to you is to keep mailing daily with the Master Email Swipe package they provide, and mail to all your leads each time. You have 30K leads and are in a GREAT position to make sales as long as you keep sending and don’t stop.

Hi Stephanie I had already purchased MLGS before I found your review I would have got it through you instead So hope you won’t mind my comment Im 7 weeks in with 5000 leads I’ve being getting lots of opens and SALES One mailing had 700 opens with 113 clicks and 5 paid conversions. I am promoting MLGS using Jims Emails and also 2 other products Super Affiliate System, John Crestani (Webinar) and CB passive income, Patric Chan. I use their Email swipes which r good. I send out mailings every 24 hours I’m so thankful now. I want to scale this up now and I do want to stay with the Make Money Online niche.     • Great work and nicely done! Yes all of those program you mention work well with mlgs, as I have heard from other members in the facebook group that they all convert with these leads. To ramp things up you can start sharing your good experience on your facebook wall and even Video Reviews. This way you will be able to get extra sales, and more advertising is always better than less.
